As a student enrolled with Wyatt Education Group, you have rights protected by the 2025 ASQA Outcome Standards, the ESOS Act 2000, and Australian consumer law.

Right to Quality Training

You have the right to receive training that is engaging, well-structured, and enables you to attain the skills and knowledge of your qualification.

Right to Accurate Information

You have the right to clear, accurate, and current information about your course, fees, and any changes that may affect you β€” before and during enrolment.

Right to Support Services

You have the right to access student support services, including academic assistance, welfare support, and reasonable adjustments for disability.

Right to Complain and Appeal

You have the right to make a complaint or appeal any assessment decision without fear of reprisal. Our process is free, fair, and transparent.
